Unfortunately, the bus connection is poor, and you should have a car to get around. By car, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre of Ålesund. The place is child-friendly and suitable for family holidays. There is a cat in the house, so you cannot be allergic and you must be comfortable with cats.
