Urke in Hjørundfjorden - cabin by the lake

Urke is a lively little village and has everything you need; great nature, hiking and swimming opportunities, shop with post office and pharmacy, garden center and own pub/cafe. The nature in the area is amazing. Sunnmørsalpane surrounds the village with majestic Slogen and Saksa which has become very popular after Sherpas from Nepal have made steps up through the URA. In the last couple of years, Urkeegga has also become a popular tourist destination. The mountains here are as popular for skiers in winter as for mountain trips in summer.

The cabin is new and modern, which is reflected in the interior. The cabin has a large terrace with a fire pit and dining area. The views are amazing towards fjords, mountains and islands.

Saltbuen farm is located in Hjelvika. Here you can stay in a cozy old house centrally in Romsdalen. The house has two bedrooms, with a total of 6 beds. The place has amenities such as a sauna and hot tub. The hot tub can be rented for NOK 300 per day. Possibilities to also rent a boat, bicycles, hammock and kayaks.
