Great house with its own quay and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor sauna. Lots of equipment that can be used such as bicycles, pizza oven in the boathouse, fire pan by the lake, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need. Short distance to Molde, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here you will find peace and a good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that can be rented. Welcome to a newly renovated apartment in a charming barn from the 1890s in the heart of Skålvikfjorden. A perfect starting point for forest and mountain trips. Kayak, canoe and SUP can be rented just 100 m away. A small dinghy can also be rented for quiet trips on the fjord. Two bicycles are ready for lending, and a floating sauna raft is also just nearby! The climbing park Høyt & Lavt on Valsøya is about 30 min away by car, and the nearest grocery store can be found at Halsa Fergekai, about 6 km away.

New large boat for the 2027 season. The place is registered as a game fishing company. Here you can relax or be active. Enjoy nature with hikes in the mountains nearby, both on skis and feet. Head out to the sea with kayaks or boat. Take a car ride to Åndalsnes, Trollstigen, Ålesund or Molde. Come home and enjoy the evening with great food on the grill and cuddle around the fire pit. The hot tub is ready to soften after the day's activity. (NOK 400 in rent per day) The place is close to the E136.

My cottage is located in a beautiful area ideal for spectacular hiking, skiing, fishing(there is a small (tiny) boat available), kayaking, SUP-boarding, yoga and all kinds of recreational activities. I also have a new wood fired sauna available right at the beach.
