The facility was beautiful on the side of a mountain. It truly was a chalet. Very clean with excellent staff. It does require a bit of a climb to the upper cabins and if it’s after dark be prepared to use your phone flashlight. Elio was available to help with your luggage and was very helpful.

Excellent place to rest and relax in general is just like the photos, the pool is very clean and the cabins of good size and with everything you need to have a good time. At night if it gets a little noisy but nothing you can sleep very well.

The destination is very quiet, the rooms are well equipped, they have their own bathroom, enough towels to dry their body or hair, it is a very quiet and peaceful place, a few meters away there are convenience stores, oxxos, gas stations, they took care of us very well and were attentive to our needs. Everything is perfect, I highly recommend this place.

The place is spectacular, first-class facilities with an architecture that integrates harmoniously with the beautiful landscape. The attention is unbeatable, I went with my mother in a wheelchair and all the staff was empathetic with the situation, they helped us and procured at all times our comfort. Many congratulations!

Incredible place, in the heart of downtown, a beautiful old house, excellent service from the staff, very good food, the perfect living space. Just as you can see the water was very insufficient solar heaters and the two gas heaters despite being turned on half was bathed with warm or cold water. On December 24th. Ask before you go if they have already fixed them because they are insufficient and you had to ask the staff to pick them up as the water was not heated and still turned off they were apparently not working well. The manager told us that they were going to check them out, make sure of that before going, especially if it's winter, since the house is old and not very hot, but it was also very cold those days. I'm sure we'll rent it again, really very beautiful and in good condition as well as comfortable mattresses etc. I recommend the upstairs bed room not recommended for older adults as we had a small detail with the staircase, nothing serious

Recommended accommodation and comfortable rooms nothing more than how it is on a boulevard, so if the crossing of cars and the train is a bit noisy, but everything is excellent in the facilities

Clean, pleasant and good value/price. close to everything, the staff gave me instructions to find a florist I was looking for. Full room well, only some bathroom utensils like shampoo were missing. Outside of that the excellent accommodation.

Since you arrive they make you feel surrounded, all the staff are super friendly, they very much consent you, they make you feel at home, I would definitely come back again. The pool is warm all the time and I loved that it was booked intimately, per room.
