Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Morgan County

We were in Indianapolis for our son’s graduation- this was the perfect house for our family to stay! Spacious, great front porch and backyard, beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen well stocked, furnishings very well thought out- just a really great house! Christine was gracious and kind, great communication, super helpful, went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one! Thank you for everything, Christine! We highly recommend your wonderful home to others!

This home has been very tastefully updated and accommodated our family well. We had 8 adults and the space allowed everyone comfortable sleeping arrangements and great space to gather and play games. The location is convenient to IU and shopping. Parking is somewhat limited for the number of people the home accommodates, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with a large group. Overall, it was a great stay!

Anna’s place was absolutely amazing! Even while the pictures are incredible, they still don’t do the place justice. It’s in a quiet part of the neighborhood, walkable to lots of different things, and such a great space in general. If I’m ever visiting again, I will definitely be booking this place!

so thankful we found this gem! a cozy, sweet place~ the perfection location. perfect for our graduation weekend. so close to butler i had to pinch myself! felt like home. warm and all the amenities provided! excellent instructions (i like to be prepared and they made it so easy!) nice back entrance. kind and responsive. this spot would be my go to over and over if we needed a place to stay!

This place was huge, the bedrooms were big and multiple washrooms was very handy. We let the propane stove and enjoyed the hot tub each night. Although it’s not walkable to downtown, we knew that before booking and had a rental car that we parked out front on the street for free each night with no hassle. If we ever go back to Indianapolis, I won’t even search we will just book this place. It was awesome.

This is a super cool Indy stay. Jenni is an amazing host with an awesome attention to detail. It is everything an Airbnb should be. We highly recommend staying here!

Had a great stay! Especially appreciated the beds which were extra comfy so I got great sleep. Close walk to the Cultural Trail which had a bunch of shops and restaurants. Great vibes overall. Katie was super responsive and helpful when I had any questions.

This place was more than expected, and we will be back to stay here every single time we come into town! Jill and Chris were so responsive and the area is absolutely wonderful, safe, and easy to walk everywhere. The space is also one of the most kid-friendly places imaginable as the small reading area off the living room is perfect for kids to sit, relax, "camp out", or just read or nap. We are definitely looking forward to staying again!

The apartment is well-equipped and was very clean. The first door code we had didn't work, but we got a new one right away. Only downside was that the bed was not very comfortable. But other than that, the apartment was great!

Eugenia's place was wonderful. It was a last minute booking for my wife's birthday and the entire experience was excellent. We enjoyed everything about the property - quiet and secluded, easy to find and get into, perfect location just north of Nashville with an easy drive to anywhere in the area. We will definitely be back!

My stay at Hideaway 1078 was fabulous! The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. The host provided many thoughtful added touches for an exceptional stay. The location is perfect, close to downtown Nashville and Brown County State Park while being very quiet and peaceful. This wonderful property is a true gem, I highly recommend!

Me and the guys had a great time. Actually pretty spacious, which surprised us. Very peaceful in big on peace and having an area to myself and this was perfect. A little bit away from all the events we were going too but loved every time we stepped inside the door!!

Great space! I had an unfortunate change in my arrival time and was Lystina was gracious enough to accommodate! The place was clean, with a lot of comfortable spaces to sit and be in. The description of the pace and surroundings were spot on. Easy walk to the convention center, the bars and restaurants on S. Meridian St, and the basketball arena. I recommend this, and would get this space, again!

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Chris’s place was a great place to stay for my weekend trip. Tons of space and well kept. Very responsive host. Good peaceful area. Could hear the people upstairs walking a bit but was never an issue. Definitely would stay here again !

Came for the Indy Mini over the weekend, very close to the race start line (~1.5 miles), but not too close to downtown where it was noisy at night. Ginger communicated very well the entire time, and was able to be flexible with out checkout time (so we could get back from the race and cleaned up before leaving. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!

Everything was great! Clean & great location. The only issue that I had was the a/c setting which was listed on description of the apartment. It was just hot. 69 degrees while sleeping is very warm for me and my family. An option of a fan for each room would be nice

The Cream & Crimson Condo was a great spot! The unit was clean, comfortable, as pictured and described. The IU decor was fun with some thoughtful local treats awaiting our arrival. We were in town to tour IU and couldn’t have been in a better spot; walkable, close to multiple tasty restaurants, a grocery store, gas station, shops, and of course, the school. Joan gave clear, helpful directions to the condo and instructions to park and enter the unit. Would definitely recommend for your visit to IU and/or Bloomington.
