Il y a un chat dans l’appartement, très sympathique mais qui mène à des restrictions au niveau du balcon, qui n’est pas sécurisé. Il est possible d’utiliser la cuisine (dont lave-vaisselle, frigo et micro-ondes notamment). Accès limité au balcon, selon explications à fournir. Vu qu’il y a un chat, je n’accepte l’entrée D’AUCUN animal.
