Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Badehus, unik beliggenhed på mole, m/P-plads

Unik mulighed for at bo direkte på molen og bare 3 meter fra vandkanten i det ikoniske Bjarke Ingels byggeri på nyopførte Aarhus Ø. Wifi og privat p-plads medfølger. I godt vejr er havnepromenaden lige udenfor velbesøgt. Hyggelig og veludnyttet badehus med sovehems. Fantastisk, sydvendt, 180 graders panoramaudsigt til vand, havn og byens skyline. Small living når det er allerbedst - perfekt for par eller forretningsrejsende. The-køkken med elkedel og køleskab - ikke muligt at lave varmt mad.

Tiny House Lindebo near by the Beach

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Sommerhus på naturgrund og tæt på vandet.

Huset ligger i naturskønne omgivelser på lukket vej og derfor er her fred og ro. I vinterhalvåret er der view til havet som ligger 400m fra huset. Der er gode naturstier langs kyst og i skov. Huset ligger ved naturpark Mols Bjerge og tæt på Rønde by med gode indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder. Der er ca 25 km til Aarhus og ca 20 km til Ebeltoft. Huset har 3 soveværelser. Der er køkkenalrum og stue med brændeovn. Der er to terrasser med sol og gode læforhold. Der er to overdækkede terrasser.

Family friendly summer house by the beach

Family friendly summer house with ocean view on large undisturbed property. Perfect for a small getaway in the nature and by the sea. Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

Village nearby Aarhus cozy cottage

hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Brewers Guesthouse

Super cozy and homely annex/mini-summer house with a small terrace out front. The annex is located 250 meters from the water, where you will find a beach with a jetty. It is 20 m2 and has a cozy terrace and lawn that invites you to have a lot of fun and games. The annex consists of a bathroom and a combined bedroom/living room/kitchenette in one. There is a private entrance to the wooden terrace, where the summer sun can be enjoyed in the relaxing surroundings. TV with chromecast.

Bindingsværkhuset

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Storbyen Aarhus, Letbanen, busforbindelser, 1 km til motorvej, 4-5 km til stranden, landsby idyl. det er en lille landsby med 5 gårde Rolige naturskønne områder (kommunal skov 1 km. ) Stor fællesområde med græs. Lidt væk fra det hele. Men rare og venlige omgivelser. Skrev en der lejede det ja det er rigtigt, der er 1,5 km til byer med forretninger, byerne er Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, Skæring.

Lejligheden ligger i den østlige ende af et flot stuehus fra 1874 med stor have og udearealer. Der er egen indgang og sydvendt terrasse, samt badeværelse og køkken med kølefryseskab - alt sammen med udsigt mod haven. Der er parkering på gårdspladsen omkring et stort gammelt lindetræ. Lejligheden ligger centralt placeret mod både by og natur - med kun 3 km til fiskeri og gåture ved Løgten Strand, og ca. 20 minutters køretur til Århus og Mols Bjerge.

Charmerende energivenlig lejlighed til 4 personer med en lille lukket have. Der er køkken, stuen med sovesofa, soveværelse samt toilet med brus. I nærheden er der mange attraktioner, smuk natur samt Molsbjerge og fantastiske strande og alligevel tæt på Århus, Ebeltoft, Randers og Grenå. 15 min. til Djurssommerland. Endvidere ReePark, Skandinavisk Dyrepark, Kattegat Centret med hajer. Gratis p-plads foran huset. 900 m til laderstander og letbane.

Nyere sommerhus med stor terrasse og skøn udsigt

Nyt privat sommerhus fra 2018 med en skøn udsigt og beliggenhed, som vi lejer ud, hvis I vil passe på det:) Alt er lyst og imødekommende. Huset ligger rigtigt fint på grunden med en fantastisk dejlig udsigt ud over årstidernes gang i Mols Bjerge. Der er et stort køkken/alrum og opholdsrum med brændeovn, badeværelse og tre pæne værelser med køje eller dobbeltsenge. Der er en stor terrasse mod syd og vest rundt om huset.
