Rural idyll close to both Aarhus and Ebeltoft

The apartment is located in an old merchant's farm from 1871 with a large adjoining garden, where the apartment is decorated in the former merchant's shop. From Ommestrup, where the merchant's farm is located, it is quick to get to the beach and it only takes half an hour to drive to Aarhus and Ebeltoft. The light rail runs from Mørke (distance 1.5 km.) The other residents of the merchant's farm are an adult and three children aged 9-15, as well as two cats (Flora and Hermione). The apartment is decorated in the style of the house and the wood stove works fine

The apartment is furnished at one end of our country house. As our washing machine is in the apartment, we will use it by agreement with you.

Private courtyard with dining area, barbecue and fire pit, the lawn garden itself is our private. Approx. 500 meters to the water and 800 meters to the beach with bridge. At the same time, you are close to the beach/forest and the city. Aarhus and Ebeltoft can be reached within 25 minutes, and Djurs Sommerland in 20 minutes. Kalø Golf Club 1.5 km away, Rønde and the castle ruins 5 km.

A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/yacht racing in the sea area just outside. There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a nice stay in beautiful Djursland. There is not much luxury here, nor is there much space, but it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many glories. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and animal park almost in the backyard. Nice dogs are welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. Someone who rented it wrote that, yes, that's right. It's 1.5 km to towns with shops. The towns are Hjortshøj, Skødstrup and Skæring.
