Our apartment of 55 sqm called "Jardin Prangeleu" offers a double and a single bedroom, as well as a studio living room with a kitchen. The apartment can host 2 to max. 3 people. With beautiful views at front and back, it is part of an old farmhouse set in a wild permacultural garden of half a hectare, surrounded by protected beech and oak forests. The renovations were done with taste and following our ecological heart. We are close to touristic hightlights of the region such as Durbuy or Liège.

Situé dans une rue calme, sur une propriété de près de 3ha votre studio est le point de départ de magnifiques randonnées pédestres à vélo ou à moto (abri disponible ). The love nest

The love nest est notre havre de paix à la campagne. Petite maison contemporaine en bois, à la grande cheminée de pierre, elle offre une belle chambre double et une plus petite chambre attenante séparée du séjour par un rideau. Entièrement chauffée par un poêle à bois et un feu ouvert, elle offre une atmosphère chaleureuse et pleine de charme. Une terrasse plein sud, en partie couverte (Belgique oblige) agrémente le tout.

een bijzonder romantisch, licht, ruim en blij appartement met een grote open keuken en zithoek met daarnaast een sprookjesachtige badkamer, die verbonden is met een behaaglijke slaapkamer met zicht op de heuvels, een originele lambrisering en vloeren van gebrande bamboe de meubels en kunst zijn originele stukken met hun eigen verhaal ideaal als je rust, ontspanning en activiteiten in de natuur zoekt carmine en lore

Studio ‘Gloire de Versailles’

Je logeert in een ruime kamer met een prachtig zicht op de glooiende heuvels van Erezée. De ruimte is voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed (160x200cm), douche met lavabo, een aparte WC, een kleine keuken met kookfornuis, oven, koelkast, microgolf, senseo-apparaat, waterkoker, broodrooster, ... Alle comfort om 's morgens te kunnen genieten van een ontbijt! Bedlinnen, 2 kleine badhanddoeken en schoonmaak zijn inbegrepen.

Maison entièrement rénovée il y a plus ou moins dix ans, récupération d’un maximum de matériaux d’origine( portes d’époque, poutres apparentes ..). Il y a trois ans, une annexe a été construite afin d’amener un espace de vie plus lumineux.Jardin très fleuri aménagé par mes soins, un paradis à découvrir. Endroit très au calme, vue splendide sur la vallée. Magasins à 2km...
