It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

In a charming stone village of the Drôme, you are welcome at "Antoinette". Beautiful single-family home, private and heated pool, large wooden terrace with stunning views of the valley. The cottage has an integrated kitchen, living room, lounge area on the ground floor, 2 large master suites with views, XL shower, 160 cm bed, a standard bedroom with shower and two twin beds. It is an old sheepfold like no other, today a small completely independent refuge on the ground floor of our village house with a nice view of the orchards . We imagined it for you, it is resolutely raw and modern at the same time, we have kept the vaults and the old stones, used natural materials and thought of your comfort in the smallest details. This charming cottage for two is the result of six months of renovation, available from this summer.

Ideal site for walks, hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in summer, and in winter, possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country and sledding) at the Col du Rousset ski resort. Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).
