Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

Casajable garden & pool between ocean and volcanos

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The apartment is on the top floor in a very quiet residential area. It is newly renovated and fully equipped, it is very spacious with 50 m2, the kitchen and dining room are located facing the sea. The fantastic, completely renovated Casa Alfonso is located directly on the golden sandy beach of Costa Calma in the private and very well-kept Palmeras Playa complex. Two people can spend their unforgettable holiday here on two floors. For your safety, 2 networked smoke and carbon monoxide sensors have been installed. In addition, the villa is only 400 m from Playa Esmeralda, 600 m from Costa Calma beach and 1 km from the famous Sotavento beach.
