We are also walkable to many eclectic shops, historic sites, a public boat launch, kayak rentals and our local farmers market - open most Sundays during the summer.

Come experience this unique Airbnb! In 1861, the Bank House was home to Bracken County’s first bank. This 1st-floor apartment still features the original tin ceiling and exposed brick from the 1800s. It will comfortably sleep 4-5 with a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk (in a semi-private area), and two baths. Unwind at this secluded retreat nestled quietly at the end of a wooded country road, along a rolling creek. The cabin was originally two cabins erected in the 1850s. In the 1970s, artist Jim Simon dismantled the log cabins and re-erected them on the Simon Family Farm. Red Fox Ridge was named for the red fox often spotted running the ridge overlooking the river. And although it sits nestled on the back ridge, it is also just a short drive to many of Kentucky and Cincinnati's amazing sites. Our farm values caring for earths resources, so we have intentionally created this space with solar power, and toxic free cleaning products. (note: 2nd bed is a deluxe airmatress)

It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made!
