Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. The apartment is 100 sqm 50 meters to the beach and ice cream kiosk. Two Bedrooms (Double bed, 2 Single beds) Large modern kitchen with everything you need. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is located in Mossbystrand about 12 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop with good connections is 100 meters away, which will take you all the way to Trelleborg or Ystad. The apartment is 1 km from Hotel Mossbylund

Cozy guest house with bicycle distance to the sea!

Cosy guesthouse in the countryside near the sea! It is close to both Abbekås and Skivarp but also pearls along the south coast like Ystad and Smygehuk. The accommodation is also a perfect base for excursions to Österlen and Bornholm. Mossbystrand is a sandy beach several kilometres long, borrow a bike from us to take you here! Abbekås has a lovely harbour with a jetty where you can also eat well at Hamnkrogen. In the village there are also the restaurants Dinah's Place and Pizzeria Solo.

Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. Walking distance to the beach. The cottage of 22 sqm, has newly renovated spaces with fully equipped kitchen. Large furnished patio with barbecue possibility. Close to golf course and fishing. Also close to several restaurants. Bus connections to Ystad and Trelleborg. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Our guest house is completely renovated in 2020 and you have the entire house for yourselves. Located on the East Beach with the beach right next door and beautiful walking paths with sea, beach, nature reserve, nature reserve and older charming coastal buildings.
