Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Motovun

Very nice and quiet house in Croatian style, nicely furnished, very clean and maintained with beautiful garden and pool. Perfect with dog, completely fenced. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back. The hosts are very nice and likeable.

Lovely stay in a cool, clean space with a friendly, communicative host. Easy to get to with a car, plenty of free parking options. There were loads of things to do and see in the vicinity, whether on foot or by car, and we highly enjoyed our time there.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

We stayed at Lana's house for a week and enjoyed it very much. Everything was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available and we could always ask Lana for advice. The beach was about 5 minutes away on foot and also in the old town you were relatively fast by car. We would absolutely recommend the place!

The apartment was very clean and nice, the balcony was large and had sea views. The pool was very nice and was cleaned daily, sunbeds and umbrellas were provided. We were able to park in front of the house and there was a washing machine right in the apartment. And real blinds :-) The beach, restaurants, bakery and a mini market were within walking distance in 10 minutes. Larger supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away. The landlady Ruza lives in sight and was always available, check-in and check-out worked smoothly, there were fresh towels and she even surprised us once with pastries and to say goodbye with wine. We had a great vacation and would come back again and again

Alens place was lovely and very clean. We found the steep winding roads and sharp turns a bit of a challenge. She was lovely to deal with and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Would have liked to be a little closer to restaurants. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.

This place truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The accommodation looks even better in person than it does in the photos, which is a rare and pleasant surprise. The attention to detail was impressive. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen utensils to toiletries like shampoo and soap. We didn't have to worry about bringing or buying any essentials, which made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Milos went above and beyond by providing us with a generous welcome gift - a bottle of water, juice, and even wine! This kind gesture really set the tone for our entire stay. Peaceful oasis in the heart of it all!! From the moment you enter the gate, to the moment you turn the corner to the flat....it takes your breath away. Beautiful, peaceful luxury, almost unreal for the location. The flat is beautiful, spotless and well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need for two persons. The outdoor space is the star for sure. Peaceful, comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the old town. A place to kick back with a glass of wine and listen to nature all around you, stunningly beautiful. The fact that you have use of bikes was such a bonus as the waterfront just begs for you to explore. We were truly grateful to have the bikes and navigate the park and beaches so close to the flat.....remarkable add on!! The apartment is really spacious and has everything you need. Davorka is a really friendly and welcoming host, we had a really relaxing stay. We had our bikes with us and it was no problem to bring them inside.

Great apartment, 10/10! Quiet and safe neighborhood, beach is in walkable distance, bakery is in 5 min walk. The apartment is very clean, spacious, has all the amenities (AC was a life saver in this August heat). The host is very attentive, immediately reacted to our requests. Real gem for this price!

The property was better than the description and photographs suggested. The terrace was lovely with amazing views. The property was spotlessly clean. There was also a vast array of welcome drinks which was greatly appreciated. Alenka was easy to contact and answered questions swiftly. Great place and lovely stay.

The hostess is very friendly and helpful !!! Parking available (car advantageous) The location is in a pleasant residential area in Pula. The proximity to the city beaches is perfect by car in about 5-10 minutes (great bays around Pula) even on foot it would be possible. Close to a bakery + grocery store + very good pizzeria. We felt very comfortable and at home. We can only recommend the apartment. If it is very hot (we had 38 C) it is also very warm in the bedrooms as there is no air conditioning, but that's just the way it is in the summer. Thanks for a great stay, Mara 👍👍👍
