Beautiful 2-room air-conditioned apartment with garden near Cannes

Nice new wooden house divided into 2 independent apartments (only the entrance and parking are common). Located in a quiet area 5 minutes from shops and 15 minutes from Cannes beach by car. Terrace and garden at your private disposal. The environment is very "country" yet a stone's throw from the city and shops. We are eco-friendly: vegetable garden, fruit trees, waste recycling... We're doing our best to improve the environment!
