Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

A stone's throw from the Moulin Rouge, the famous café "Les Deux Moulins" of Amélie Poulain, the Sacré Coeur and the pink house. Local shops (greengrocers, bakeries...) as well as all transport are down the street (Blanche, Abbesses and Place de Clichy stations). Everything is included, all you have to do is put your bags down!

Quiet & large flat with terrace near Montmartre

With a surface area of 110 m2, the apartment is ideal for a couple with children (!!!! please do not book for other configurations!!!!). It is located in a recent residence, with modern facilities and well isolated. The building itself is located in a winding, one-way paved alleyway, so traffic is scarce. This road leads to the Place Clichy, a communication node at the bottom of Montmartre. Overall, our home is therefore silent, which is rare in Paris!
