Beautiful, very quiet 70 m2 apartment with all amenities located on the 1st and top floor. It is 5 minutes from the highway junction between the A71 and the A89, exit 12.1. You will be the only occupants of this building in the heart of Combronde city center. A large enclosed courtyard is available to park your vehicle. Close to all shops (supermarket, bakeries, butcher and health professionals) this accommodation is fully equipped (TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen, baby kit) No pets.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

The house has a large covered terrace with dining and relaxation areas, overlooking a 350m² enclosed garden. Close to all amenities. Close to the greenway that runs along the canal and takes you to the aqueduct bridge for beautiful walks. Small enclosed courtyard to store your bikes.
