Great location, parking, pool, gym and close to the beach and cafes. Very good apartment. Set up great, tidy and well presented. Even had a coffee machine. Great communication from Elizabeth

This property was great , loved the location,cafes restaurants very close,and a short walk to get to town ,the beach at the front door with fantastic views,highly recommend this place ,It was very clean and inviting.Maybe signs to the lift could better but not a big problem,We will back be for sure

We had a beautiful stay at this unit. Everything was beautifully clean. The view from the lounge, bedroom, and balcony was better than in the photo. The bed is very comfy. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of cafes and shops within walking distance. Lots of easy walking to be done or you can walk up Mt Maunganui. The beach is also beautiful. Luanne, the lady who answered our messages, then met us and shown us in was really lovely and helpful. All instructions were easy to understand. Thank you

Excellent stay. Beautiful apartment, really comfy furniture. Great balcony for relaxing/reading and listening to the ocean. Great location, can walk right out the door across the street to Mt manganui and the beach. lots of restaurants, shops and playgrounds in walking distance. Only thing that would have been helpful is rubbish bins in the bathrooms but thats such a small thing. We (family of 4) had a lovely time here

Awesome location. Very tidy apartment with stunning views as the sun sets. Bed, linen and pillows were so comfortable and five star hotel quality which I loved.

We were at the Mount for a family holiday. We were all staying in seperate accommodation and coming from different destinations. My BNB was perfect in every way . Spotlessly clean, fantastic location, safe and friendly staff throughout the complex. Jenny was wonderful in all her communication and I was able to have an early checkin, which took the stress out of arriving. Thoroughly recommend this BNB .

Lovely home. Very spacious with a variety of sleeping options which was perfect for our group of 2 families with teenagers and our elderly father. There was plenty to do at the property, and it was central to a number of day activities including beaches, coastal and bush walks, Hobbiton, Rotorua. The host responded to any queries promptly. We couldn't have asked for more.

Sam’s home was beautiful and spacious, with a great secure outdoor space. There was 4 adults and 4 kids staying and there was plenty of room for all of us. It catered to the kids well with plenty of toys, books and a trampoline in the garden. Thanks for letting us stay!

Amber's house was lovely and great for our kids with toys, tramp, basketball hoop to keep them amused. 10 minute walk to the beach too 😊 Amber accommodated us at last minute and was great to deal with!
