Gorgeous Mount Beach Cottage - 2min walk to surf

One bedroom beach cottage. 1 min walk to the park, 2 min to surf beach and easy 10 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Park the car, and chill out in the centrally located cottage. Smart TV, large modern bathroom and super comfy bed. Please note that the kitchenette includes an airfryer, a microwave and a toaster. There is a friendly miniature cavoodle on the property who may come for a pat. Please note the cottage is at the back of the property, facing the rear of the main house.

It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens.
