The house is simply spectacular! Situated nicely few minutes away from Portaria, it took us less than 20’ to get to the ski center; the views of Pagasitikos bay are simply amazing. The interior is beatifully decorated, it is evident this was done with care, good taste & attention to every detail. The rooms are spacious, comfortable & clean, with the house offering all necessary amenities to secure a pleasant stay. Communication with Johny and his sister Elli has been flawless, while the check-in/out with their housekeeper Krasi seamless. All in all, I would recommend Johny’s house in a heartbeat!

The house has spectacular views over the city and the sea. The property designed with a great taste for aesthetics, has a resort feeling and a relaxed atmosphere. The bedrooms are on a 5 stars hotel level with private bathrooms in almost every room. The house has a lot of options and corners to relax and read a book, we also had nice breakfasts and family dinners on the terrace and sat together near the fire in the evening. Konstantinos was a wonderful host, that made us feel right at home with nice recommendations and great attitude. I would highly recommend this place for a chil Greece vacation.

The Villa has great character, is very spacious and the private beach is fantastic. It is also just a short walk from a nice public beach with a lovely beach bar. 10/10 would recommend.

Just returned from a glorious stay on our favourite Greek island- made all the more enjoyable by our stay at Villa kalamaraki. Fred is a superb host, clear and effective communicator. The Villa is well equipped, spacious and perfectly located. The villas was spotlessly clean which was maintained by the friendly cleaning staff every 3 days. You will need a car, quad, bike or taxi unless you want to take the 20 minute walk to Kanapitsa where you can get the water taxi or bus into town. The location of this villa is superb, short descent to a semi private beach for snorkelling and relaxation if you are seeking a change from the well equipped swimming pool. A great mountainside house with great views! When we arrived, the fridge had been well stocked with sugar and salty to manage our breakfasts. Vlasis was very friendly, helpful and responsive. In the small village easily accessible by foot there are two charming and good restaurants.

Amazing place, beautiful, secluded from the world. The house is perfect, with lots of sleeping and all the necessities for a wonderful holiday. However, it is essential to have a 4x4 or SUV to get there because the small road that leads there is a little difficult but it's worth a visit! Vasilis was a perfect host.

The place was really beautiful, the house was very big, spacious, each room had its own character and super clean! Also, the house had a breathtaking view of Pelion which you found not get enough of! It was honestly a 10/10 experience

It was a pleasure staying in the lovely villa. We stayed two families friends the house was spacious, incredibly spotless, nothing was missing. The kitchen is full of useful cooking accessories. You can see there was thinking about all the little details. There were plenty of towels, linens were clean, and smelled wonderful. Amazing view of the sea and the village. We got lots of great recommendations about the surroundings, good restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area to stay in this gorgeous villa. We have a taste of more, we will surely come back again.

I felt in love with this place immediately, house so big and spacious. Of you are wake up early you can catch beautiful sunrise. You feel so private, if you want to relax from big city and people this place is exactly what you need. Want it to say big thank you to Alex. He is a dream host. Show us around and point at all interesting places near by, also is nice touch from them local olive oil left for us at the kitchen. Over all 10 out of 10!!!

A perfect and spacious place to relax with stunning views on the sea and the accommodations of Affisos nearby. Eleni was, like in the past, a perfect host. It was a great week for our family.

Wow, this place is a real gem! A dreamy, spacious house with everything you need—facing a beautiful garden and a big stone swimming pool, surrounded by olive and orange trees, and featuring a perfect fireplace for the winter. We had such an amazing time here. It's just a very short walk to the stunning beach, with friendly locals and an overall super great experience. We will be back for sure—highly recommended! This villa is spectacular. It’s very high up so an exciting 2Km trip up from the main road, steep in places with hair pin bends. Wonderful panoramic views. A lovely restaurant 50 metres away and a taverna 500 metres away. George responds quickly to questions. We would home to return one day. Very much

It was a very nice week. We are coming back very happy. The hostess is a wonderful person. Helpful and friendly. The area is very interesting which will make us come back for sure. The description does not do justice to the charm of the place. it is a wonderful and authentic area.

We have just arrived home after an amazing stay at Aries villas. The place itself was fabulous, much better than the photos suggest. The villa was beautiful with wonderful inside and outside space, the location up on a hillside gave us the advantage of amazing views. The only thing which was actually better than the villa was our host Evan, he was truly as good a host as one can get. He was accommodating in every possible way and we couldn't have asked for more. He advised of good local trips to take, took us everywhere we wanted to go, he even got our shopping in for us as our arrival time was too late to get to the local supermarket. Nothing was too much trouble. I would also like to thank Evan for getting one of our party to a local clinic when a sting he got became infected and then to the pharmacy to pick up antibiotics. Once again a truly memorable week which I would recommend to all. We will definitely be making a return visit.
