Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Jolie maison de pêcheur donnant sur l'Yonne, entièrement rénovée en mai 2023. La maison est très calme (on y accède par une impasse le long de la rivière) 2 chambres (une avec un lit double, une autre avec deux lits simples juxtaposables) et un grand salon avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée. Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Possibilité de télétravail (Wifi par fibre optique) Grande terrasse donnant sur l'Yonne, idéale pour prendre les repas dehors. On y accède par un escalier extérieur.

Come and rest and relax on the banks of the Seine in a completely renovated chalet in a private and secure estate. Change of scenery guaranteed The cottages of the estate are built around a swimmable lake. Ours has direct access to the Seine (unsecured) On site, there is a communal pool open from June 15 to September 15. Playground for children, tennis courts, soccer and petanque. The estate is 1 hr 20 min from Paris, 20 min from Provins and 45 min from Fontainebleau.

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. Come and relax in a quiet and secure private estate. You will enjoy a garden with pontoon and access to the lake (swimming and fishing allowed) with a boat at your disposal. The beds consist of two double beds and 3 single beds. 100 metres from an artificial beach with games for children; ping pong tables; volleyball/tennis/petancque court. A haven of peace and tranquility, private so not very crowded unlike a campsite...

Les Camélias Longhouse

Attached to a former 19th century farmhouse, renovated between 2019 and 2021, the house has a kitchen and bathroom each equipped and 2 bedrooms. Private parking and a large, semi-open farmyard, fully furnished in a dining and relaxation area with stone barbecue, complete the house. We provide deckchairs, an outdoor lounge but also 2 adult bikes (size M). Free public parking is 10 meters from the house. Cleaning included.

When you wake up or at sunset, admire the panoramic view of the Provincial countryside and during the day enjoy the surrounding walks. The chalet can accommodate up to 2 adults (1x 140cm double bed).
