Il se situe à 5 minutes du parc zoologique Cerza, 15 minutes de Lisieux et sa basilique, 30 minutes des plages Normandes. Nous l'avons construit en 2022 et aménagé comme si nous devions y séjourner et nous vous accueillerons avec plaisir. Il est classé meublé de tourisme 3***.

It has three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with four beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made. The house is connected to Orange fiber. Located 1.5 kilometres from the village of Cormeilles, it is a typical Norman property in the countryside. You can enjoy the view of the horses, many hikes and all the comfort of a new house in peace. Each room has a bathroom and each has its own toilet. The gîte is on one level but not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
