Midnight sun in the summer, and a great chance to see the Northern Lights in the winter. Great location between Lofoten/Vesterålen, Harstad and Harstad/Narvik/Evenes airport. The lake house has 2 floors, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and entrance. Private laundry room with access to washing machine. Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

Within a radius of 300 meters you will find a shop, a craft shop with a café, and Den Sorte Gryte, which offers fun activities for children with animal visits, a restaurant and the sale of award-winning cheese. The house is located 'in the middle' of Lofoten, about 45 minutes from Svolvær and about 35 minutes from Leknes. Great location if you want to explore the Lofoten Islands. The road outside is not a main road so little traffic. Can climb mountains and swim in the sea on the property.
