I absolutely loved staying here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The property is amazing with saunas and ice baths. The place backs onto a little pond and it’s so peaceful. They also have a really cool place for drinks and food. Although the location is a little far from Chiang Mai it meant it was so peaceful and it’s easy ride in if you rent bikes. If i’m ever back i’ll definitely stay here again. It’s also super clean and has great amenities. Also grounds are kept so well. Overall beautiful property, very value for your money, very satisfied. Host is also quick at responding.

I loved the building, it has everything I needed (Gym, pool, sauna). The room was good too, we had minor hiccups but the host resolved them quickly. I'd definitely go back if I come to Chiang Mai. Thank you for David for your hospitality!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. We didn't need communication during the stay-but the times we wrote together before, there was quick response time. Generally a nice apartment, but what you needed.

The landlord is a very good Thai brother, can speak Chinese and English, communication is very smooth, great

The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

A great place to stay for us, everything we needed, very good kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious, clean and well equipped. Swimming pool and shopping centre with a wide variety of shops and places to eat all within walking distance. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Wandee is a great host, very quick to respond, arranging transport to and from the airport for us, cleaning the house regularly and even providing a motorbike for us to use locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Our family had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Jitrada’s place. It is a very special place which surrounded by trees. We also love the Lana style rooms. Overall, we had a great stay. Jitrada was very responsive and helpful, which made us feel at home. I would recommend this place to everyone who wishes to stay in Chiang Mai.

The location was great, walking to the Nimman business district was very close, and there was no fear of having nothing to eat when arriving at the homestay with a late flight.The toilet bulb was broken when we checked in late, notified the host that he sent someone to repair it immediately the next day.We ran out of toilet paper during our stay, and the host reacted, and he helped to send it over the next day.The manic of the plane was heard in the house, but all the hotels in the Nimman area have this problem and must be accepted to enjoy his convenience.We stayed as a family of 10 with 6 little friends under seven and had no problem sleeping.An adult can solve the manic sound problem with an earplug, and there is no airplane taking off and landing in the middle of the night from 1pm to 6am.

Sunny is very proactive and responsible. The place is next to Central Festival where has everything. Room is spacey.

Lily is a brilliant host , very responsive. The apartment was lovely and perfect for a solo traveller. Only downside is the gym only being available for residents staying 1+ plus. Overall, really lovely place and host who will go above and beyond.

Really enjoy to stay at Sonny‘s place. The place was clean and spotless nice view of the pool and garden easy to get in and out. The staff was wonderful. Everyone seems to want to take care of you. I would give the high recommendation to the place and hope I can stay there again in the future.

The place was peaceful and well-equipped, there are food places close by, and convenience store. The only down side was that it got quite hot in the afternoon, but otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

The accommodation was conveniently situated within walking distance of the vibrant night market and my preferred five-star restaurant, Chow Chow. The ambiance was aesthetically pleasing, accurately reflecting the captivating image portrayed on Airbnb. We will undoubtedly return and appreciate the host’s exceptional efforts to make our stay truly memorable. The pool view was breathtaking and serene, while the lush green garden provided an idyllic setting for relaxation amidst the soothing sounds of nature. The vibrant night market, which was in full swing every evening, added to the overall ambiance and entertainment value of our stay.

Great Location, Great Amenities! This condo was the perfect base for our Chiang Mai trip. Being right next to Central Festival mall was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!
