This apartment has been newly renovated, mixing different kinds of architecture and design. In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. IN CASE OF THEFT OR SEVERE DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE YOU WILL BE REQUESTED TO PAY THE VALUE OF THE BIKE OF 160€. Thank you WALKING: the city center is at only 15 mins walking. BY BUS: a few steps away from the building there are buses to the city center and the station.

The main bedroom is completely spacious and well lit, the second bedroom is smaller and doesn't have the river view but is indeed very cozy. Both have queen beds and full marble ensuite bathrooms. The combination of antiques furnishings with modern design elements is truly a step into Italian Luxury. This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

The house in Castelvecchio

The apartment is in a large house covered with American vines in the center of the town of Borgo San Lorenzo. The house consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a courtyard of gray stones and an organic garden full of vegetables grown with love and ancient flowers of yesteryear. The accommodation is for two people, single or as a couple, but there is also the possibility of adding a cot if there is a child present. The Mugello valley has small treasures of rare beauty: the medieval village of Scarperia, the Romanesque churches of Borgo S. Lorenzo, Sant'Agata and the small town of San Giovanni, the house of the painter Giotto in Vicchio. The green walks in the paths of the woods in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, the succulent Mugello tortello filled with potatoes, Lake Bilancino near Barberino del Mugello. History, nature and, if you are passionate about motorcycles, there is also the Mugello international racetrack. There are trains and buses to and from Florence From May 1, 2019, upon arrival, the payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Borgo San Lorenzo, equal to €1.50 per day per person, up to a maximum of 6 consecutive days, will be required in cash. From the first day of May, guests have to pay a tourist tax (for the municipality of Borgo San Lorenzo) when they arrive (with cash). The tourist tax is 2.00 euros per day per person up to six consecutive days (from the seventh day it is free).
