House close to all shops (~1 km). Accommodation with all the necessary equipment for your comfort (equipped kitchen/3 bedrooms: 2 beds 140 x 190 and 1 bed 120 x 190, washing machine in the basement, outdoor terrace with plancha, enclosed courtyard). Please note: A gardener is present year-round on site for the maintenance of the vegetable garden at the back of the house (little visibility). Very discreet person. Possibility of suspending their visit upon explicit request.
