Independent and spacious accommodation with an unobstructed view. As nature lovers in search of peace and quiet, we acquired this old farmhouse located in a green setting, surrounded by pasture, a pond and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully fitted out the barn. The exterior improvements are not yet finished (façade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims.

Lilou's house has 3 cottages renovated in 2024. In the Arbane cottage you can relax in a peaceful, contemporary environment. Composed of a private terrace, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with space for remote working. It can accommodate 1 to 6 people. SCNF train station nearby

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.
