Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Municipality of Brda

This place is so beautiful. Remote and calm, yet not far from Tolmin. Renata is a very warm and welcoming host. She lives right next door and gave us loads of homemade and local products to try. A very good base for a wonderful holiday in the Soča Valley.

We enjoyed this beautiful place so much! The house is very nicely decorated and everything has been thought of. It was great that we could use the vegetable garden. We loved the jacuzzi. The nature around the house is beautiful. Kaja is a very nice host and she gives good tips.

This is a lovely Alpine cottage right in the middle of the village. Short walk to several bars and restaurants. The cottage is as described and very well equipped. Everythjng worked well. Brian is very helpful and responsive. I’d recommend this for a stay near the lake.

Sasha's house îs situated în a small village 20 minutes South of Postojna. It is an old family house renovated and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a longer stay, to include a small swimming pool. We only stayed 2 nights but wished we could stay more. Sasha îs a great host. He welcomed us, offered drinks and small gifts when we left. His attitude was always proactive and offered great recommendations. We felt great and we would love to come back. Thank you Sasha for a warm welcome and for making us feel like home. We would come back because the area offers a lot to do. See you next time Marian

Despite very late and spontaneous request (our previous accommodation had canceled us), these extremely friendly landlords managed to prepare the entire house for 9 adults and a child in a few hours. Everything clean and homely, kitchen equipment, etc., was also great! We will be happy to come back. Sincere thanks for enabling a beautiful and cozy family weekend!

The house is beautiful and located right on the river. The house is comfortable and has all you need for a home away from home. We used the fireplace daily and made the stay cozy. Across the river there is easy walking along the river. The grocery shop in town has all the basics you need. The other nearby towns are 30-40 minutes away. Beautiful place to relax and have a peaceful time.

Honestly one of the nicest hosts I’ve met! So helpful and welcoming and can’t say enough about the beautiful home and surrounding area! So many walkable places and so much to see within a 15 minute drive. Loved it!

The apartment is beautiful, well equipped, clean and very spacious. We did not meet Alenka but she was very responsive and gave clear guidelines. In addition, the setting is very beautiful with many activities nearby.

We have stayed in many apartments in the European Union. This time we were looking for something in Central Slovenia that would be a good starting point for excursions in all directions. We found the perfect apartment with Bev. The apartment is large and sunny, probably newly renovated in 2023. In the apartment we found everything we needed, even more than we expected, which is why we felt very comfortable and free there. The place in the village of Kamno is really very quiet and cozy. We stayed there for 9 nights and felt very much at home. The Soca river is within walking distance of the property, which could always combine this with a nice evening walk. There is also a nice terrace where you could start your day relaxed. The place has also allowed us to drive up to the Adriatic coast, which can be reached in about 1:45 min drive, both on the Slovenian or the Italian coast. Finally, you can do a lot of things to do from this location, so we definitely recommend a visit to Kamno!

What a great surprise to arrive at Jakas place in Ukanc. Everything was greater than we imagined. Started with phenomenal scenery to the cute, well equipped unit. You couldn’t be more relaxed. And don’t forget to preorder the breakfast!!

Beautiful holiday week in quiet surroundings. There was nothing missing.

We were two families who met at the villa to spend some time together. For this the house is perfect and we enjoyed our stay. The outside area with the pool and the terrace is stunning. Especially the kids but also us adults loved the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some of the things were not super clean but that is more on previous guests then on the host. The bedrooms are all very nice and beds are very comfortable. Also, there are ACs in all rooms. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back.

We had a fantastic family time in Kriz at the Villa. Katjusa was very welcoming and the wine tasting as well as the fantastic surroundings were truly memorable! A warm recommendation for everyone who wants to experience southern Slovenia at its best!

Our stay at Tadej's place was just wonderful. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description – tastefully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. We would like to highlight the excellent care by our host Tadej, who was always friendly, helpful and easily accessible.​ The location of the accommodation is fantastic: quiet, idyllic and perfect to escape everyday life and recharge your batteries. We had a great time. The house ist huge and the garden with the little river in it is beautiful. Walter was very friendly an made us feel welcome. When there was a power outage one night, he came straight away to help us and got the power Back on in no time. 12 out of ten stars 😁
