Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

Lo splendido trilocale Aura Maris si trova a picco sul mare, con vista panoramica su Cala Caterina a Villasimius. Ideale per chi cerca relax e tranquillità, a soli 30 metri dal mare, raggiungibile tramite scalinata privata di circa 30 gradini. La villetta può accomodare fino a 4 persone e dispone di due camere da letto, ampia zona giorno con cucina, bagno con doccia. All’esterno offre una veranda vista mare con BBQ e tavolo per pranzi all’aperto, giardinetto e accesso diretto al mare.
