A perfect place for those looking to be quiet, while being in a perfect base to discover many surrounding places. In winter the newly renovated interior is cozy thanks to the boiler heating (and the fireplace), and if it's sunny, it's a pleasure to spend some time outside, enjoying the calm and the view. With his different touches, we feel that Claudio wants his guests to have the best stay: he makes two bikes available, has concocted a map of the area with suggestions for visits to cities, thermal baths... And (but is it perhaps different in summer?), he offers check-in from 9 a.m.! For me, this sense of hospitality, discreet but profound, adds a precious touch to a trip.

Eloise is a top tier host! The villa we stayed in was amazing. It honestly felt like we were in a Tuscan painting from the rustic looking (yet completely remodeled) villa to the surrounding property. The villa is on a farm with cows, sheep, a friendly cat and awesome friendly dog named Nakita. The villa is beyond amazing and be sure to set your alarm if you use the blinds because they keep the room dark and cool! The infinity pool and surrounding areas are breathtaking as my wife and I would sit out there with a glass of wine as she read her books. There is a local grocery store about 13min away where we stocked up on all of our favorite snacks. A++++ location and A++++++ Host!!!! We had a lovely stay! The view was absolutely stunning, and all the windows had insect screens, which was great for keeping bugs out. The kitchen was very clean and fully equipped — even had a dishwasher, which was a nice touch. Michela was super kind and very responsive throughout our stay. Emanuel was also very welcoming and even surprised us with a delicious dinner after our long, late arrival — such a thoughtful gesture! The pools looked clean and inviting, though unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy them. One thing to note: the air conditioning requires an extra payment. It was mentioned in the listing, but it’s easy to miss, so just be aware. Other than that, everything was great!
