The residence is nestled between two churches - the original brick Presbyterian Church built in 1922 and the wooden Methodist Church built in 1913 and relocated to this site in 1964. The property is conveniently located in central Ouyen, a short walk to all the town's amenities including supermarket, club, pub, bakery, butcher, lake, golf course, tennis courts and newly established community gym.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Lots of space, huge backyard. Very quiet, nestled in behind the marina, walking distance from town, the river, marina, lots of walking tracks and the ski club. Pets welcome, but must stay outdoors. Maximum occupancy 6, but the extra bedroom is in a detached studio, not in the house.
