Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille. La villa est magnifique les enfants ont aimé le coin jeux ainsi que la piscine. C’était très propre. Un endroit calme et apaisant pour pouvoir se relaxer. Merci je recommande.

Hôte très accueillant et toujours à l'écoute pour vous conseiller et faciliter le séjour. la maison est propre, la piscine sans vis-à-vis. Rumays est à une trentaine de minutes de Mascate, parfait pour être à l'écart de la ville sans être trop loin.

As a family of four, with two teens, we’ve just spent a truly wonderful 10 days at Ajwan Villa. We would highly recommend this gorgeous property to stay, if you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries. This lovely villa suits a family of up to six or three couples, as each bedroom comes with an ensuite. Fitted out to a high spec, with all the mod cons and everything that you may need has been carefully considered by the owners. Beautiful views of the sea to the front and mountains to side and rear of the house. Recommend you wake up early enough to take in those sunrises over the sea! The service we’ve received from the lovely owners has been fast and very helpful. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return to stay there again sometime in the future!

I have been on Airbnb for over 7 years, and this was easily one of the top Airbnb experiences I have had to date. I agree with one of the other reviews that this place is more of an “experience” than simply a place to stay. Clearly lovingly built in the traditional Omani style but with modern touches that make it an extremely comfortable and functional place to stay - the photos simply don’t do the charm of the place justice. I didn’t meet Sulfa in person but the Omani hospitality was on full display between the dates and local coffee left for me on arrival, some breakfast bits in the fridge and regular advice shared through text. Situated in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, with mountains surrounding, it’s the perfect spot for an escape from the typical hotel / resort circuit. A little bit out of the way for those who don’t have a car (like myself) but I managed easily enough either by taxi or walking to the nearest bus stop, which is 10 mins away. Super spot and fully recommended.

One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

very comfortable apartment - we stayed a week but you could easily stay here for a month. spacious (two bathrooms, big kitchen, lounge and bedroom), well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor of the building. pool and small gym on the rooftop. TV with Netflix. comfortable bed. balcony. AC. self check-in, which was helpful since we arrived at 5am. we really enjoyed our time here. thanks, Mohammed!

I had a wonderful long stay at this apartment. It’s cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The space is thoughtfully furnished, providing comfort and everything needed for an extended stay. Khalid and his team were incredibly supportive and kind throughout my time here. They were always responsive and ready to assist with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Yousef was a kind and gracious host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the bed which had been broken by the previous guest. Almost immediately after informing Yousef, he attended the property and had the bed, frame and mattress replaced within hours. i roughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property.

Very nice place to stay. The location is good and accessible to reach to center of the city and beach. The host was very responsive and always answered us in few minutes. The only thing to consider is the noisy highway close to houses at night and also the building is old. Otherwise everything was smooth and great for us. I recommend this place for the visitors.

We had a great stay at Abduls place, the apartment is beautiful, very clean and very comfortable, the kitchen has everything needed to cook all meals. The block has a beautiful pool to relax. Abdul is one of the nicest host we have ever come across, he gave us lots of local tips on where to go and things to do. Muscat is a wonderful place to visit and this Airbnb is the best you will find. Thanks Abdul.

We had a wonderful stay as everything in the apartment was very well organised and tidy. The location was very peaceful and there were a lot of nice eateries around. Haitham was a great host and was extremely helpful throughout the stay. His response was always prompt and all instructions were clear.

We enjoyed our stay in Zahir’s flat. He was very responsive and anytime we needed help, Zahir helped us or sent someone. We stayed in muscat for one month and was able to work from home as there is high speed internet available. It’s easier to get a taxi or rent a car to go to the beach. However, my husband and I enjoy walking and we managed walking to the beach a couple of times. Nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are also perfect when you want something quick. We loved our stay in Oman and will remember great memories. Thank you Zahir for making our stay a great experience!

Appartement très spacieux pour 3 .. salle de bain dans chaque chambre .. très agréable...mais nous n'y sommes restés qu'une une seule nuit .. environnement en construction.. proche aéroport mais bien isolé.. ce que nous avions recherché.. ne pas oublier de prendre adaptateur pour prises électriques si vous souhaitez recharger Je pense parfait pour un séjour plus long Encore merci à Ibrahim pour sa réactivité à notre arrivée tardive

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom villa in Muscat! The host was incredibly friendly and professional, accommodating our very early check-in request and frequently checking in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The villa is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Muscat’s attractions and offering convenient access to the highway for day trips outside the city. The property was well-equipped with all the essentials and more – from a TV, excellent air conditioning, and WiFi to extra kitchen appliances like an air fryer and sandwich maker. The parking space right outside the villa was also a huge plus for us. Overall, this is a fantastic option for a small family visiting Muscat. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Our host was most supportive and kind throughout our stay. The apartment and its location are exactly as described and our host prepared a very warm welcome that was above and beyond. Furthermore, the tranquility of the area and the atmosphere of the apartment made for a great year end vacation.

The Apartment felt like home, clean, tidy and accessible to every single thing you need in your own comfort zone. The entire house is safe for kids, switches to every single plug, The house itself is really peaceful and has a nice Omani vibe that really met our needs, clean sheets, clean bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Issam is such a nice guy, very friendly and very responsive all the way, he made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. I myself will rent it more in the future and refer it to friends and family.

Abdullah apartment situated in one of Muscat prestigious area Almouj . Close to The Marina where many Restaurants and Hotels like the Kempenesky . Well recommended . The host is excellent and always ready to help .
