The spacious and quiet bedroom on the 2nd floor features a French-made luxuriously comfortable king size bed (180cm) complete with the finest feather and hypoallergenic (upon request) bedding, built in closet, oak chest of drawers and a full length floor mirror. The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. Please note that due to the historic nature of the building and certain restrictions on construction, the flat is not air-conditioned. A fan is provided, however, due to the the old thick stone walls the apartment stays rather cool even on the warmest of summer days. 2. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

Living room with kitchen-bar and bedroom (+ bathroom and toilet) separated by a sliding wooden partition. 3 double windows provide plenty of light. 5 minutes from the Musée d'Orsay, 10 minutes from the Louvre, 15 minutes from Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Good restaurants and shops nearby. Gainsbourg's house at the end of the street. You'll want to come back!
