The studio space boasts an open-plan living area, rich red and yellow tones, soaring ceilings, and a walkout to the secluded outdoor lounge. RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES OR COUPLES WITH CHILDREN. NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

Quiet, charming loft in the center of Madrid

My hideaway is a quiet loft since it does not face the street, it is very well designed and is very comfortable. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is very central with a 24-hour supermarket and a market 20 meters away with restaurants and tapas places. If it's Sunday you can walk to the flea market, which is spectacular, walk to museums, Retiro Park, Atocha station and the subway 20 meters away. Fully disinfected after each departure. Un espacio amplio y diáfano , con un gran patio exterior Privado, un estilo cuidado ,elegante y actual .Una casa tranquila en el centro . El gran parque del Retiro ,el gran pulmón de Madrid a tan solo unos pasos. Cosy and warm at Chueca's heart.A real treasure.

Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. You don’t hear a noise despite being at one of the trendiest area, full of restaurants shops and fashionable bars. At the best location to visit the whole Madrid by foot.You will love it.Trust me.

Monopoly loft in the center of Madrid

We are located in Calle Carlos Arniches Nº 11 in the center of Madrid, two minutes from the metro of La Latina, in this street they put El Rastro every Sunday, the apartment has a separate room, a full bathroom and a living space with American kitchen. The apartment is super bright as it has a lot of natural light both in the living room and in the bedroom.
