Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

It’s a relaxing oasis with a courtyard and one free parking (it's also possible to reserve a second parking lot). It has three bedrooms (one bigger and two other smaller), a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. A/C in all the rooms. If you want to have a meal with a view, you can also find a patio and a terrace with table and chairs.
