The house is perfect for family, sports and business travel. Imatra city center 2.5 km. Lappeenranta 20 min 4-lane road. Sheltered courtyard for cars and motorcycles. Saimaa and Ukonniemi-Rauha sports areas with spas and several golf courses nearby. The main building of the Harjula estate is in the middle of apple trees, in the courtyard of the grain farm. The property has been in the family's possession since 1950, after the end of the grandfather's evacuation trip here. In the lush and spacious courtyard, there is also another residential building where the host lives.

The villa is 2-storey, living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, small toilet, bathroom with shower, electric sauna, toilet and washing and drying drum. Upstairs, there is a workspace and a sofa bed that opens. The sauna cabin has a wood stove, a sofa bed and cottage furniture. In connection with the warehouse building, there is a small accommodation space with a bunk bed.

You can fish from the beach of the cottage or go by rowing boat to the lake. For cyclists, there are miles of dirt roads to ride. The cottage is located along the Ruokolahti canoeing route (102km). A short walk from the tree sauna to the swimming area. No running water, drinking water to be brought with you. Washing water is drawn from the lake. A rowing boat is available.

Putkola Cottage Finland

Find your peace in a classic Finnish cottage with a sauna in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kivenkänä in South Karelia. The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. Not far from the cottage is the Kyläkuppila Käpälämäki bar, where in addition to the classic offer of drinks and meals, you can also buy basic groceries, various consumer goods, and fishing permits. Various cultural evenings are often held here.

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. Fredrikanrannan's yard is like a summer cottage. We will heat the beach sauna for guests in the evenings at a separately agreed time, or you can heat it yourself whenever you want. You have a rowboat, a SUP board and a kayak. I serve a healthy and abundant breakfast. Welcome Cyclist accommodation. Your pet can also stay downstairs. The listing is located in the countryside, about 18 km from the center of Lappeenranta. Bicycles/motorcycles can be placed in a lockable garage overnight.

There are no amenities on the beach; water is carried from Lake Saimaa. The beach is accessible by car. Kid-friendly beach, or shallow sandy bottom. A big private yard, a tram for the kids, and a toddler experience. A nearby school with a skatepark and jumping equipment. Nature and jogging trails nearby! The nearest shops are about 1 km away.

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
