Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $30 per pet

There’s a community pool and a boardwalk to allow walking access to the beach. Our home is about an 8 - 10 minute walk to the beach. Due to hurricane Harvey in late 2017 our home was totally rebuilt and many updates went into it.
