Welcome to a warm and cozy apartment as part of an old log building. The house is located in Kaukaa, under the chimneys of the paper mill. The apartment is small but compact and includes everything you need. You can park your car in the yard for free and the bus runs right next to it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. You are warmly welcome. Warm cozy studio with two single beds, a lovely kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In a location that is a short drive from the beautiful town and harbor of Lappeenranta.

A cozy and beautifully decorated studio apartment with everything you need for your stay. The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.

Within a kilometer's walk of LUT University, local shops and services. 6 km to the city center, bus stops nearby. 1 km to the shore of Lake Saimaa, good hiking trails in the nearby terrain. The apartment is my home, I hope you will enjoy it here as well. Space for the whole family and an excellent setting for a business traveler or student with electric desks and extra screens. Fully equipped kitchen, pet places by agreement. Sauna, terrace and a small fenced yard.

The city's beautiful harbor area is a short walk away, as well as the summer theater and the Fortress.

Small and compact city home

Please read the full description before booking, thank you! This particular property is located in the city center. The sixth-floor apartment has a sea view of the bay. The house was built in 1948, just after the Continuation War. Information about its history is a bit difficult to find, but at some point the house has been inhabited by stevedores working in the nearby old port, and from that the house has been named the "stevedore house".
