In a total area of six hundred square meters, the solar house houses a swimming pool and steam room, with a grassy garden and a garage for four or five vehicles. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a box bed for couples, a bathroom and a kitchen. A barbecue grill is installed in the kitchen. On the upper floor, there is one more bedroom, with a box bed and a bathroom. The solar house also houses a TV room, with a sofa bed and two mattresses, which can be used by some of the guests.

It is located two blocks from downtown, where there are bakeries, supermarkets, butcher shops and general stores. The space is fully furnished: double bed, sofa bed, microwave, minibar, electric stove, kitchen utensils, television and dresser. It is served by wi-fi. The space is suitable for up to 3 people. Possibility of parking 100 meters away.
