Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. 20 min walk to the beach (children's playground), 2 min drive. Beautiful coastal trails and charming little harbor with its guinguette + nice beachfront bar/restaurant. Close to Damgan, Pénestin, the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, Rochefort-en-Terre, etc., easily accessible. A supermarket in the village and all shops nearby (Muzillac). Large market in Muzillac on Friday morning. New 35 m² accommodation.

Cosy artist's home

Charming house between land and sea, in the heart of Muzillac (10 km from the beaches and close to hiking trails) with small flower garden, enclosed, sunny and quiet. All rooms are south-facing. My house is semi-detached, which makes me available. The gardens are separate, not overlooked. No pets allowed, the garden is the kingdom of birds... and lizards! I provide towels but not bed sheets!
