The location of these apartments is perfect. A minute to Duke and Potemkin Stairs. Two minutes to the ensemble of the Vorontsov Palace with a colonnade – a symbol of Odessa. Take a walk along the Primorsky Boulevard with sea views just around the corner. 5 minutes walk to the Opera House. The beach is a 30-minute walk across the park. One of the five rooms of a small and cozy apartment hotel, which our family has been managing for 10 years. Please note: third floor of an old house. There is no elevator.

Only natural, environmentally friendly materials were used in the finishing. You can park your car in the courtyard. Pets are not allowed! Smoking is not allowed in the apartments!
