Zen Meadow: The whole House

Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

Sowi Kamień are two cozy wooden cottages in the mountains with a beautiful, panoramic view of the Karkonosze Mountains and Rudawy Janowickie. It is an ideal place for people looking for peace and quiet and closeness to nature. Away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, in a quiet place that provides space and comfort. Each house is surrounded by a spacious terrace, has a fenced area, garden, playground and a place for a bonfire. Nearby you will find numerous walking paths, forests, meadows, beautiful views and clean air :-)

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac of a small vacation area on the edge of the Giant Mountains National Park with an electric gate and private playground. Shops are within walking distance. Many activities such as skiing (Karpacz 8 km or Sklarska Poreba 22 km), hiking, mountain biking or motorcycling, shopping (Jelenia Gora 9 km), mine, miniature country, Wild West town, toboggan run, palaces, castle ruins.

We invite you to a unique larch cottage that delights with its unique, natural scent of wood. It is a great place to relax in a quiet, historic neighborhood. The climatic interiors of the cottage, full of charm and character, guarantee a comfortable rest. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.

A secluded, original, charming place to stay and rest for both two and family. Regular guests of the surrounding fields are deer and a large number of different species of birds. Beautiful views of Chojnik Castle and the Giant Mountains. In the area, rural development and farms. Close to hiking trails and wonderful cycling routes :) Wi-Fi, fiber optic Internet. For an additional fee, an outdoor sauna with a bathtub supplied with spring water :) Highly recommend !!!

We invite you to a year-round cottage with a terrace, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. The garden is large, shared with the hosts. Our cats, dogs and sheep walk slowly and are usually the first to greet guests :) The property is open to a meadow and forest, which runs along a green trail. Undisturbed by city lights, the night sky is full of stars, and the sounds of wild animals can be heard from the surrounding forests.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
