The house consists of three floors, of which we rent out the two lower ones. 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, living room overlooking the patio, forest and meadow. On the front is a balcony with a gas grill. The balcony faces the common playground. The area is quiet and child-friendly and is close to several swimming areas, nature reserves and the city's pulse.

A perfect place to stay if you want to live close to the city center in a calm neighbourhood, having a small garden. Södermalm is 5 minutes away by bus, and the city center is 15 minutes away by boat. The house has two floors, bathrooms on each floor. Ground floor has a spacious living room connected to the dining area and the kitchen. A nice terrace on the backyard, perfect place for having breakfast on a sunny day. A dining area is also available in the front, with sun during afternoon.

Our beautiful little house is perfect if you want both the Swedish nature and Stockholm city. From the backdoor you can step right into the forest with your own private Patio. You fins nice viewpoints and some really beautiful lakes on a walking distance. The bus takes you to Stockholm/Slussen in just above 20 minutes. We live next door and would love to introduce you to the area and give you tips and recommendations. We love hiking, culture, food and fika and know lot of great spots.
