This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a cliff overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Private beach, jetty and wood fired sauna . The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small cabin (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). The deck has a lounge, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm, 10 minutes from a shopping centre.
