Welcome to a charming little cottage where you can enjoy the sound of the waves and the birdsong with your morning coffee. Located just a few minutes' walk from Kelstrup beach (about 150 m), it offers the perfect setting for your holiday. The large sun terrace is for long days in the sun, and an extensive garden invites you to play and have fun, while a practical outdoor shower is perfect for a quick rinse after a day at the beach. In addition, approx. 3.5 km to the beautiful Stillinge beach, restaurant and ice cream parlour. NOT FOR RENTAL FOR PARTIES.

Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Penthouse, directly to the water

Lützens Palæ, newly renovated, 180 m2, directly to Svendborgsund. Beach, marina, views from all primary rooms and balcony. 5-10 minutes to the city center, cafes, restaurants, theater and music. Elevator to hallway, which opens into a new Swan kitchen, with cooking island, wine cooler, etc., open to a large living room and the view of the sound. Bathroom, with double sink, and double shower. The glamping tent is spacious and stylishly decorated with comfortable beds, soft bedspreads and a cozy atmosphere. The tent is equipped with heaters, so you can enjoy your stay, regardless of the weather. You will also find a private bathroom near the tent. At the glamping tent, you also get a private terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or end the day with a glass of wine. If the weather does not improve, there is the option to move into the barn, where the living room and small kitchen can be found.

Cabin by the forest

My charming wooden cottage, located 100 meters from the edge of the forest, invites you to the simple primitive life surrounded by peace and beautiful nature. Sleep well in the cabin's loft overlooking the field, and enjoy your morning coffee among the birdsong and maybe you'll see a deer. Breakfast and drinks can be purchased. Please ask. Small double bed in the loft for 2. Bedding for child/adult, with mattress/weekend bed in the living room. Sheets, duvet and pillow covers and towels are included

"Enebo" - forest cabin in the middle of nature

Imagine an escape from the noise of everyday life in the heart of an old forest, where only the sounds of nature fill the air. Inside, the cottage offers a charming atmosphere with rustic details. The open fireplace is the heart of the home - a perfect gathering place. Outside, a large terrace awaits, capturing the sun's rays from morning to evening. It's the ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The area invites long hikes, where the silence is only broken by the many sounds of the forest.

Velkommen til vores luksus feriehus i nordisk stil på 130 m² med plads til 12 gæster. Vi hedder Anders og Stine. Udendørs byder huset på en stor terrasse med privat vildmarksbad, sauna og udebruser. Indendørs findes biograf, billiard og bordtennis - perfekt til både afslapning og sjov. Huset har 4 soveværelser med plads til 8, samt skønt anneks med plads til 4. Huset ligger i en naturskønt område med kun 2 minutters gang til strand og badebro. Vi glæder os til at byde jer velkommen.

En lille romantisk perle lige I vores egen baghave I Herrested ved Ørbæk på Fyn. (Will follow in English) Fantastisk charmerende sommerhus, med eminent beliggenhed! Følelsen af at stå på dækket af et skib, da havet og skøn strand er 4 meter nede for huset. Der er trappe ned til stranden. Smuk 180 grader view over Storebælt, både inde fra huset og fra terrassen. Terrassen er sydvendt så der er sol hele dagen :-) Den er 26 meter bred og udgør hjertet af vores skønne sommerhus. Man ser både de smukkeste solopgange og solnedgange fra huset.

Relax in this unique and brand new cottage, which is just a few minutes' walk to the beach, with a fantastic view of Jammerland Bay and the Great Belt Bridge. There is always peace and tranquility in a gated community. With plenty of wildlife in the free and wild nature, with deer that often come very close. 11 km to Novo Nordisk, there is a direct back road there, so you don't have to drive in a queue.
