The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

I området er der masser af dyreliv; først og sidst på sæsonen er der gode muligheder for at se råvildt i haven. Da vi holder meget af dyrelivet er dele af haven overladt til sig selv. Sommerhuset er beliggende for enden af en lukket vej. Vi har også sandkasse og gynge til børn.

The house has a large living room with access to south and west facing terrace, bedroom with double bed, children's room with two beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and bathroom/toilet. The house is suitable for the family with one or two children. In the garden you will find swings, football goals and an annex with various toys (fishing nets, sand toys, etc.). Pets are not allowed.

It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
