New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Welcome to a charming little summerhouse where you can enjoy the waves and the chirping of birds for your morning coffee. Located just a few minutes walk from Kelstrup beach (about 100 meters), offers the perfect setting for the holiday. The large sun terrace is for long days in the sun and the large garden invites for play and games, while a practical outdoor shower is perfect for a rinse after a day at the beach. Our little oasis has a lovely patio and courtyard. With a heat pump and pellet stove, it is also suitable for the cooler months. A few minutes away is a child-friendly beach, 900 m away a well-stocked grocery store and Vikingeborgen Trelleborg only 6 km away. Shopping, dining and more cultural experiences can be found in the towns of Vemmelev and Slagelse, just a 7-minute drive away. Book your stay now for a minimum of 2 nights. Pets under 25 kg are welcome. Wifi is of course included 🙂.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
