The Hakuba Valley winter shuttle bus stop is a 5-minute walk. Free pick-up and drop-off between Hakuba Station or bus stops in Hakuba Village and the listing are available once at check-in and once at check-out. We have renovated a small wooden hut by woods. It stands on a plateau area over 1,000m elevation. When I was a child, my one of a dream was building my secret place like this by myself. This is a best area for hiking in forests and visiting beautiful lakes. The hut is good size to stay for a couple and a family or single.

We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter.
