[Autumn in Hakuba/Uplands] Maximum 12 people, entire property rental | Two authentic saunas

Based in Azumino and Ikeda Town in autumn, embark on a journey to see the stunning views of the Northern Alps and autumn foliage. In Shinshu, from September to November, the autumn leaves gradually descend from the mountains to the villages. You can enjoy autumn scenery unique to each location, including the Hakuba Happo Pond, Kamikochi, and the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route. During the day, visit mountains and plateaus with autumn foliage. When I get back, I'll relax in the sauna and the cold water bath. Please enjoy a quiet time in the countryside at night, with BBQs and the starry sky. As it is a private rental that can accommodate up to 12 people, it is recommended not only for family or group trips, but also for couples and small groups. A convenient location as a base for sightseeing in Hakuba, Kamikochi and Tateyama Kurobe.There is also a washing machine and a bathroom dryer, so you can stay comfortably even for extended periods. You can also come by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient. Free pick-up and drop-off is available at Shinano Matsukawa Station and Meisha Station.Other transfers and sightseeing transfers are available for ¥2,000 to ¥8,000 (return) within 2 hours one-way.For groups of 5 or more, we can arrange car rental, so please consult with us in advance. October and November are the seasons to enjoy the autumn foliage and the tranquillity of Shinshu. It is also recommended for a leisurely trip where you stay for consecutive nights and slowly tour Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Adonino, each of which has a different autumnal appearance.

Stay with a dog at the "Protective Cat Cafe Honten", limited to one group per day, 1 night with cafe breakfast included

You can rent the whole place at a shelter cat cafe. All spaces are available for private hire outside of cafe hours. Cat space is completely separate. Cats are not allowed in the cafe or accommodation. You can interact with cats in the courtyard. You can eat and drink while looking at the cat courtyard from the cafe. You can also stay with your dog. Please bring what you need for your dog. However, pets are not allowed in the courtyard. You can come and go freely in the later space. Breakfast is included in the cafe menu. Cosplay photography can be done indoors. BBQ is available in the backyard. BBQ set rentals are 1,500 yen. There is a free work corner in the Japanese-style room. You can also see the night view of the city from the cafe.Kiyomizu Temple, famous for its autumn leaves, is in front. 15-20 minutes from Nagano IC and Nagano Susaka IC. 20-30 minutes by car from Nagano Station. Taxis cost around 6000 yen We can pick up up to 3 people on Fridays and Saturdays at Nagano Station. For 4 or more people, please use a round trip or a taxi. We can send you to Nagano station. Near the inn, there are steep hills and narrow streets. When coming by car, a 4WD car or tire chain is required in the winter. The amenities are additive-free and fragrance-free "Shabondama soap" Late check in is available

Enjoy the view of Lake Nojiri, with a private sauna, Anoie (あの家)

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

Good access to Shimosuwa Station! We renovated an 80-year-old Japanese house into a traditional and clean space. (New open in 2023!) You can spend a comfortable time by renting the entire building. Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.

The unique experience at the former Japanese traditional Kimono shop(about 97years old house). This family-friendly and the newly renovated house is located in the very traditional district and the calm but convenience area in Nagano city. The house is authentic and unique as it was a traditional Japanese clothing (Kimono) shop before. You would feel like your own home away from home. 5 minutes walk to the Zenkoji temple and 4 minutes to the bus stop for Togakushi national park.

Private Kura on a Real Apple Farm“Yokoya Farm ”

Our private kura (Japanese storehouse), next to our family home, was renovated into a guesthouse in 2018.
