You can see a lot of beautiful scenery just a 10-minute walk away. Please take a look at Mt. Iinoka from Oza Hoshiike. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi Ward)! It is about a 7-minute walk from the next nearest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen). You can also come by public transport. Restaurants such as Mori-no-Eki, Iizuna Soba, ramen, and hamburgers are within walking distance. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenko-ji Temple.Togakushi Shrine is about 15 minutes by car. It is also a great base for golf skiing to Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. You can also use it for climbing the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomitai Trail, and Mt. Iinago. If you'd like to visit a hot spring, it's about a 15-minute drive to Tengu-no-Yado at Lake Reisenji. Located next to a campsite, you can enjoy BBQ on the wooden deck, take a walk along the lake, go fishing, and more. (The campground is a separate fee. Please check with Sawashiro Ranch Campground) Indoors, you can also enjoy a home theater with a projector that is easy to operate with Wi-Fi. Connect to your Amazon Prime Video and Netflix accounts. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy it at high volume anytime. Feel free to use the 84 ㎡ occupied area during your stay. You can use the washer and dryer for free, so it's great for long stays. We provide self-catering facilities so you can enjoy your stay according to your travel plans. In winter (January-March), snow and ice may remain about 500 meters from the campsite. When you come, please come with a car with studless tires and, if possible, with 4WD.

After locally sourcing fresh ingredients, head to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and climb the stairs to carry the ingredients to the hearth space. I don't get to meet other people. From Tokyo to Karuizawa, it is 60 minutes by Shinkansen, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so for example, you can work in the morning and take a half afternoon.
