We've designed it so you can relax and spend time with your loved ones in the garden's hanging chairs. You can also use the swing. Matsumoto has many restaurants and supermarkets, so it is convenient and some people go there every day. 15-minute drive from GFIS and ISON. You can enjoy powerful images with a projector with a 100-inch screen. There are many delicious spring water sources in Matsumoto. We have rental bottles available, so please enjoy comparing the taste as you stroll around the town. We use environmentally friendly detergents that are gentle on Matsumoto's natural environment. This is a highland villa area about a 10-minute drive from Iida Interchange, and the renovation house has opened as a guest house for renting the entire house. It's not luxurious, but it's been renovated with a focus on creating a comfortable space. Located next to a campsite, you can enjoy BBQ on the wooden deck, take a walk along the lake, go fishing, and more. (The campground is a separate fee. Please check with Sawashiro Ranch Campground) Indoors, you can also enjoy a home theater with a projector that is easy to operate with Wi-Fi. Connect to your Amazon Prime Video and Netflix accounts. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy it at high volume anytime. Feel free to use the 84 ㎡ occupied area during your stay. You can use the washer and dryer for free, so it's great for long stays. We provide self-catering facilities so you can enjoy your stay according to your travel plans. In winter (January-March), snow and ice may remain about 500 meters from the campsite. When you come, please come with a car with studless tires and, if possible, with 4WD.

After locally sourcing fresh ingredients, head to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and climb the stairs to carry the ingredients to the hearth space. I don't get to meet other people. From Tokyo to Karuizawa, it is 60 minutes by Shinkansen, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so for example, you can work in the morning and take a half afternoon. Meals and drinks are prepared with ingredients from Yamanashi Prefecture. The scenery that changes with the seasons and the passage of time awaits you.

We renovated a riverside villa in the forest of Karuizawa. The grounds of this great location are about 2,500 ㎡! Feel the extraordinary atmosphere with a large sofa and fireplace in the living room, a large yard and outdoor dining. In the bathroom, you can enjoy a JAXSON jet bath, a large sauna for 4 people that can be used at the same time, and a rain shower in the bath. Please note that in a natural environment, insects may occur indoors during your stay, as we are renovating an old villa. If you have an excessive allergy to insects, please refrain from booking.

An old Japanese Traditional KOMINKA house with a history of about 150 years. It's located along the River. When you open the window, you can feel the pleasant breeze coming up from the river. Opposite the house is a Shrine and two large zelkova trees that are designated as national natural monuments. It's like the world of Ghibli.
