Estamos ubicados a 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Bariloche, frente a la Playa Melipal del Lago Nahuel Huapi, a 50 metros de un supermercado, estación de servicio, kiosko, y 3 restaurantes, inmejorable ubicación si no se quiere estar en el bullicio de la ciudad, pero cerca de todos los atractivos turísticos. Bustillo es la principal avenida turística, donde comienza el reconocido Circuito Chico. El departamento es moderno, funcional, con la cocina equipada, espectacular vista al lago.

Dormi de 36 mts2 sobre la Ruta 82. Cálido y acogedor, es ideal para una pareja con chicos chicos o amigos. Muy cerca del Cerro Catedral, del Lago Gutierrez y del Nahuel. A solo 20 minutos del centro con muy buen acceso a la Ruta 40 y la Circunvalación. Baño amplio y cómodo. El lugar ideal para descansar y relajarse después de un día de mucha actividad en la montaña. Tiene muy buen wifi e inmejorable calefacción por radiadores. Se encuentra en un complejo de 3 dormis en el mismo edificio.
