The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Townhouse in the middle of Ærøskøbing

Welcome to Søndergade 33 – a townhouse from 1811 right by the square and the church in Ærøskøbing. Walking distance to everything in town – ferry, shops, restaurants, beach, etc. You have the house to yourselves and can use everything in the house. There's no TV. Free Wi-Fi. NOTE: From 1 June to 1 September, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and with no time limit.
