The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof, and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with fantastic views of meadows, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Bindingsverkshus in small Lejbølle town. Come back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, there are no heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is enclosed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove for decoration. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the coziest with a sense of “old days”.

Old original farm set in stunning nature

'Hyggelig' holiday accommodation totally renovated in 2015 with floor-heated tiled floors. This is a fully self contained guest apartment occupying one of four 'chains' of the old farm. The apartment is arranged with a kitchen including all amenities. There is a beautiful view of the sea to Long Island from the garden, and the apartment is 750 metres from the coast where there is a small idyllic harbour. The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.
