Very comfortable stay with three kids aged four and under. Dirk’s place is an oasis in a wonderful part of Swakopmund near retail and dining options and steps from a lightly trafficked beach. We highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed Linda’s place. It was very spacious with each family having their own bathroom. Ample hot water showers. The beds were very comfortable. There was enough storage with a very well equipped kitchen. We appreciated the working dishwasher as well as the washing machine. We can definitely recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at C-breeze. What a beautiful modern home with a well kept lawn and access to the beach. My family and I can't wait to visit this stunning home again. Thank you.

A great stay at a great location. It takes a short walk to the lagoon. Great for big families as well! The beds are comfy and if you want to eat in, their kitchen has all of the equipment, except the kitchen cupboards were dirty.

Wonderful old farm house with many original features. Lovely peaceful setting and very good value for money. Great for families & groups. Even has an outside play area for children. The workman on site (think Jacobus) was welcoming and attentive. He even lit of fire for us. Some might find the bathrooms rather dated, but this didn't bother me. Would love to return.

Aus Fremde wurden Freunde! Die Unterkunft liegt in der Natur, trotzdem ist die Stadt Windhoek leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Ein Platz zum Durchatmen! Kinder können Kinder bleiben, Hunde einfach Hunde. Der Swimmingpool ist natürlich ein Highlight! Das Haus ist einfach wunderbar und wir kommen garantiert wieder, vielleicht auch für länger! Peik und seine Familie haben uns in ihrer Mitte aufgenommen, als würden wir uns schon immer kennen. Vielen Dank!

Stunning flat in an ideal location in the middle of Windhoek. We were two couples visiting from the UK for a couple of nights and it was ideal for us. Comfortable beds and quiet at night. Spacious living area. Secure parking. Super helpful and friendly host too :) Would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic stay. Right on the beach. Quiet and clean. Laurette was great and helped me out finding a dentist while i was in town. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

We stayed one night at Savanna Guest Farm on our way south, and it was definitely a welcome stop. Erich and his staff are friendly hosts. The unit was as described. We opted for the dinner and breakfast (additional cost), and both were excellent. The farm is in a beautiful corner of Namibia and it was a unique experience. We highly recommend Savanna Guest Farm to travellers as a way to break up the long distances.

Sampie's place was as described and more. It is located right on the Kavango River which flows majestically right under the deck we spent a lot of time on. The facilities are perfect for large family groups, even though we were just the two of us, we could imagine families really making the most of this stunning place. There is a swimming pool to keep the kids occupied and a TV with multiple channels, Netflix and the the like. The wifi is good. The standout for us was the shower!! It was stunning. If you are visiting this western end of the Caprivi Strip, we highly recommend Sampie's place. We would also like to mention that the kitchen was very well equipped, with everything one would need for self catering. Johannes and his wife were also fabulous, making sure we were well looked after and the venues were kept in order. Thanks for a lovely, relaxing stay.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für alle, die in der Nähe von Windhoek unterkommen wollen und gleichzeitig noch viel mehr als nur das, denn Krumhuk es ist eigentlich ein ganzes Dorf. Die Kommunikation mit der Host war super, einfach, schnell via Chat. Vor Ort gibt es auch diverse Lebensmittel aus eigenem Anbau/Produktion sowie hausgemachte Mahlzeiten und Trinkwasser, man kann sich den Weg zum Supermarkt also sogar sparen. Sehr entspannt und ruhig.

Laurette is very hands-on, our trip was not for leisure but to care for a loved one, and the moment we informed her about it, she became like a family assuring us that it will be well, and that came very closed to our hearts. Thank you Laurette for caring!

Thank you so much Lizanne for letting your house become my family's home over Easter. They loved every minute! The house was just the perfect size for all of them and exactly what they needed for a large family with kiddies. Shops and restaurants are also just a short car ride away. 👌🏻🌻

An absolute gem! Unspoilt nature in rustic yet extremely comfortable, well maintained and clean accommodation. Although power sources are solar and gas, you still have all the comforts of home - just better because it is so amazingly quiet and peaceful…and the stars…oh, my goodness…incredible night sky!!

Quite area & a short ride to either of the 2 main malls in the country. The place is clean & the host is very responsive. For this stay, the host really went above and beyond to help me solve an unrelated matter with my car.

Erika has a great place in Windhoek. Up a hill with a view and a nice pool to cool down from the Namibian heat. She’s very friendly and also her staff is welcoming. Petrus took us on a tour to Windhoek and brought us to places where the locals go. The apartment is very nice with a good bed , shower and a terrace outside. Would come back without a doubt.

We had a super nice stay with Xandra in Windhoek! Xandra's place was cozy and perfectly situated to explore all that Windhoek has to offer. The accommodation was comfortable and well-appointed, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Nada nous a très bien accueilli et nous a même proposé de partager les fêtes de Noël avec sa famille et ses amis. Nous avons pu goûter des spécialités locales et avons été particulièrement bien intégré durant ses périodes de fêtes de fin d’année. We stayed at this property for two nights. It is located on a remote working farm with lots of animals and beautiful surroundings. The unit is very comfortable and equipped. The hosts were very helpful with input about roads during the rainy season which helped us with our itinerary. It was a pleasant stay.

I stayed with Milankies family for a month and had a really good time. The area is quiet and safe to walk around. The kitchen was well equipped and you have everything you need for cooking easy meals. The wifi works well and the hosts were very helpful when I had any questions. They is a supermarket and some restaurants close by too.

Stayed at the apartment for a longer period a couple years before. This time my stay was shorter, and as last time, Sandra was very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. The apartment is great, super clean and at a very central location - would highly recommend!
